4. Keep the hair clean.Avoid that remain dirty long.The dirt and oily attract bacteria and dust that can cause breakage and consequent weakening.Take care also to wash them with a mild shampoo and plant-based.

I would just take a regular multivitamin, not one formulated for hair. Biotin deficiencies are extremely rare, and there is no proof that taking lots of it improve hair:
"Although hair loss is a symptom of severe biotin deficiency, there are no published scientific studies that support the claim that high-dose biotin supplements are effective in preventing or treating hair loss in men or women."
